BLUE CRAB
To safeguard the environment, we employ uncomplicated fishing equipment – cages, to catch our blue crabs, ensuring minimal impact on their natural habitat.
OYSTERS (Crassostrea)
Crassostrea is a group of authentic oysters belonging to the Ostreidae family and is highly valued for its culinary uses. The harvesting of oysters involves the use of cages that are suspended above the seabed. This technique enables the retrieval of larger oysters during low tide when the enclosure is exposed.
CASPIAN BELUGA BLACK CAVIAR
The caviar we offer is sourced from the beluga sturgeon, found in the deep waters of the Caspian Sea, and is known for its large size, reaching almost 3mm. Our fishing practices are closely monitored by Cites, an international regulatory body that oversees the quality and quantity of fishing. It is widely acknowledged among caviar enthusiasts that the finest caviar originates from Iran, due to the deeper sea, non-freezing temperatures, gravely bottom, and the presence of currents that oxygenate the waters.
LOBSTER (Palinuridae family)
Our lobsters are harvested by using portable traps / buckets.
